Shining a Light on Equality: Championing the Cause of the Marginalised
Caste, class, and gender discrimination are deeply entrenched in Indian society and marginalised people accept these discriminatory practices as their unchangeable fate. CORO is working to change this by empowering individuals to challenge these practices by becoming aware of their constitutional rights. CORO’s capacity-building programs help marginalised communities develop the skills and knowledge they need to advocate for their constitutional entitlements.
By working to change the way people think about and experience discrimination, CORO is helping to create a more equitable India for all.

Giving a Voice to All: Empowering the Marginalised to Build a More Equitable India
Our core belief rests in the extraordinary potential of grassroots initiatives. Our programs are meticulously designed to empower individuals hailing from India’s most marginalised and oppressed segments.
Central to our approach is the ‘bottom-up’ philosophy, a powerful strategy that begins at the grassroots level, empowering individuals within their communities to drive meaningful change from within.
By fostering individual growth and collective action, this approach generates organic and sustainable transformations that resonate throughout society.
