I took part in a UWCB event last year. I went to Rob to build up my stamina and flexibility. He only had eight weeks to achieve the results as that was when my fight was. He wrote me a personalised menu (being vegan was not straight forward) he showed me a series of stretches and roller work. Put me through some strength training and cardio specifically designed for boxing. I had flu half way through the program and Rob tweaked it so I could still do some training and a slight change of menu. I went into the ring lighter,leaner, able to move with confidence also knowing if need be I would see the last bell with some in the tank to keep throwing hits.
