His style of personal training (at least in my experience) was not what I expected, there's no shouting or pressure. Just a lot of knowledge, a holistic approach to health, mixed with a healthy dose of accountability. He's helped me get in better shape (and get compliments), take on 10k runs and 100k rides, discover enjoyment from exercises I thought I hated, learn to enjoy a healthier diet, work through injury and more!

Training with Rob/Transform really is enjoyable. With his expertise and knowledge, Rob assesses your body's capabilities and works to improve and further them. Encompassing technique, mobility, food & nutrition, you can see Rob cares about your goals and helping you achieve them. His easy-going nature and knowing not to push you too hard, training with Rob/Transform really is a joy. The monthly catch up calls are a great way of asking questions or discussing nutrition or motivation that you may not have time to in the session. After only a few weeks, I felt stronger and fitter. A few weeks after that, I've lost weight and look visibly leaner and toned. My clothes feel loser and I've received compliments from family and friends. Given my age, I thought this would take ages! I can't wait to see how I'll feel and what I'll look like in just a few months time. I cannot recommend Transform highly enough. Thanks Rob!

He has a great depth of knowledge and information, which enables him to create really challenging workout plans for me. I’ve been working with Rob at Transform PT for the last year. The changes I’ve seen in myself over that year have been amazing. Not only have I lost 18lbs, but Rob has also helped me to reduce my back pain. I work from home on a laptop every day and have had awful back pain from having such a sedentary job. Rob has taught me stretches and exercises to do to help with the pain. Now my back pain is almost gone, I have small flair ups however, through working with Rob I know what to do when this happens. My strength has grown and my knowledge around nutrition has improved enormously, I’m even sleeping much better and my whole lifestyle has improved. The sessions are varied and well thought out and I enjoy every single training session I have. I always recommend Rob to anyone I meet who is looking to start doing some personal training or group training sessions.

When I came to Rob, I had continuous lower back problems giving me pain and stiffness and was preparing for a multi-Day Hike I felt I was in no shape to do. I felt my back issues where beginning to inhibit everyday life and hobbies. Rob Assessed me and then set me a programme to strengthen my core and back and showed me exercises and stetches to manage the problems with my back. The results are fantastic, now my back is so much better rarely plays me up and when is does its minor and manageable. I also feel much fitter, stronger, healthier and motivated to stay that way and much better prepared to tackle my hike. I would definitely recommend Rob’s services Thank you Rob

I took part in a UWCB event last year. I went to Rob to build up my stamina and flexibility. He only had eight weeks to achieve the results as that was when my fight was. He wrote me a personalised menu (being vegan was not straight forward) he showed me a series of stretches and roller work. Put me through some strength training and cardio specifically designed for boxing. I had flu half way through the program and Rob tweaked it so I could still do some training and a slight change of menu. I went into the ring lighter,leaner, able to move with confidence also knowing if need be I would see the last bell with some in the tank to keep throwing hits. Needless to state I won and this is no small thanks to the help I received from Rob. Tell him your goal he will do his upmost to get you to it, All you have to do is follow what he says and have the real will to get to your goal. Well done Sir.
